SPECIFICATIONS The terms for the disbursement of refundable consultation fees as a credit towards a project are as follows:
The project is completed within 6 months of the consultation: any portion of the project that is laid out in the consultation report is eligible for full credit if the project is completed in its entirety and the $475 credit does not exceed 10% of the project total before tax
The project is completed within 1 year of the consultation: any portion of the project that is laid out in the consultation report is eligible for half credit if the project is completed in its entirety and the $237.50 credit does not exceed 10% of the project total before tax
Credit will be applied at final billing for the project
